Weekly Update #10
I am working hard on the series, just taking a break! I seem to have lost my inspiration, and I'm sure I'll find it soon. Then I can sit down, and finish this album! I am excited how this has turned out so far, and I only have 4 more songs to write. I might begin posting some more Off Topic Songs, while I continue working ahead! We will see, but until then! WARNS ME OF WHATS TO COME!
WAR IS UPON US!
THERE'S NO TELLING WHAT WILL COME!

To protect our home.

A Word From Heaven
The Legacy Inferno 2: Awakening
6.) A Word From Heaven
A sigh of relief.
Escapes from my lungs.
As my heart rate slows.
Life returns to me,
Now I'm free from this.
But this is never it.
There is a call, a word.
Ringing in my ear drums.
Beyond my grasp of relivance.
I hear the voice clearing.
Just to mutter the words,
"The time is near."
I steady my hands.
And breathe in those words.
Trying to decipher,
The meaning of there worth.
Then I begin to fear.
That something is wrong here.
But the truth is so unclear.
Now I don't know what to feel.
There is a call, a word.
Ringing in my ear drums.
Beyond my grasp of relivance.
I hear the voice clearing.
Just to mutter the words,

THE COLD AIR RUSHES PAST ME!
AS I STRIVE TO CATCH MY BREATH!
NOT AWARE, THEIR CLOSING IN!
THERE'S NOT MUCH TIME LEFT!
THE RAIN BRUSHES DOWN MY FACE!
THEY EASE UP, AND SLOW THEIR PACE!
NOW THE TRUE CLASH CAN BEGIN!
THERE'S NOT MUCH TIME LEFT!
They come with speed.
They come without haste.
They'll make their move.
They will have their taste.
They will hunt me down,
Until the end of my days.
ITS TIME TO TAKE MY STAND!
ITS TIME TO MAKE MY MOVE!

WE WILL REACH AN IMPASS!
WHERE DEATH IS THE ONLY WAY,

HE AWAITS THE CALL!
FOR THE WORST TO CATCH HIS SIGHT!
